You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open and operate a kayo14 account. Age and identity verification is mandatory. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) through supported local banks and e-wallets including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until applicable rollover conditions are met. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.
Each individual may hold only one kayo14 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balance held therein.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kayo14 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Report any suspicious activity immediately to our support team.
kayo14 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, terms violation, or collusion, with or without prior notice.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager on the kayo14 Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with kayo14's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To open and maintain an Account on the kayo14 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Restriction: kayo14 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21. Any attempt to register using false age information is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only on the kayo14 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

Any discrepancy between registration data and KYC documentation may result in account restriction pending re-verification. kayo14 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.
Your account credentials — in particular your password — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. kayo14 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from the User's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
kayo14 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, all Account holders are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawal functionality is activated and, in certain circumstances, before deposits above a specified threshold are permitted.

kayo14 reserves the right to temporarily restrict account functionality — including the suspension of withdrawals — while KYC verification is pending or if submitted documents are deemed insufficient. kayo14 will process KYC submissions within three (3) business days under normal circumstances.
All financial transactions on the kayo14 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kayo14 does not charge platform-side deposit fees; however, third-party fees imposed by banks or e-wallet providers are the responsibility of the User.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt by kayo14's payment processing systems. Typical deposit processing times are under five (5) minutes for e-wallet methods and between five (5) and thirty (30) minutes for bank transfers, subject to bank processing hours.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the kayo14 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals — i.e., transfers to accounts belonging to other individuals — are strictly prohibited and will be declined. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions, subject to successful KYC completion.
kayo14 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk management thresholds. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's Cashier page and are subject to change at kayo14's discretion.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: kayo14 maintains strict AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance protocols. Any deposit that is not followed by genuine gaming activity may be flagged, and kayo14 reserves the right to withhold or return such funds pendi ng investigation.

kayo14 expressly reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests and conduct a thorough account review if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that bonus terms have been manipulated or circumvented. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of kayo14.
The kayo14 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of kayo14. Unauthorized use of these marks in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kayo14 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
kayo14's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kayo14 takes the privacy and security of User data seriously. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by kayo14's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.
By using the Platform, you consent to kayo14 collecting and processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.
All personal data transmitted to and from the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. kayo14 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
kayo14 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that all Users are encouraged to utilize, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

kayo14 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kayo14 will publish an updated version of this document on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In certain circumstances — where changes are significant — kayo14 may also notify registered Account holders via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting kayo14 support.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of gaming law as applied by kayo14's licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between a User and kayo14 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or the internal dispute resolution process described below, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in English by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
kayo14's internal dispute resolution process requires Users to first submit a written complaint to support@kayo14.cam with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". kayo14 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
